I opened my eyes and I saw two beautiful eyes looking back at me. He looked like a miniature version of my husband! The moment my eyes met his, I knew my life had changed.
I had always looked up to my Mother. I wondered (slightly scared too), will I be looked up to someday? Weird emotions ran through me, as I carried him the first time.
He smiled at me, as though he understood my thoughts and reassured me that he would be by my side as I grew each day becoming a Mother.
